NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town of Rockland Zoning Board of Appeals on the Area Variance application for E. Nela, 6 Elko Lake Dr. SBL: 28.-1-2.18 District is R1 – Applicants planned residence will exceed the 30-foot maximum height for this district.
SAID HEARING will be held on Wednesday, May 29th in Town Hall, 95 Main Street, Livingston Manor, NY at 7:00 pm, at which time all interested parties, in person or by agent, will be heard. Written comments may be filed with the ZBA at P.O. Box 964, Livingston Manor, NY 12758 or may be emailed to the ZBA at k.madison@townofrocklandny.com by noon May 28th.
